CR rubber sheet has good strength and abrasion properties. It is also resistant to weathering, ageing, inorganic salts, acids, ozone and animal and vegetable oils. CR rubber sheet is not suitable for applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons and ketones. Also available in white food quality CR. Shore Hardness: 65° ± 5° Temperature: -30°C to +70°C
CR rubber is a popular synthetic elastomer that offers good resistance some chemicals, and weathering. This CR material is made of a blend of CR as well as SBR and nitrile. This particular material is a 60 durometer CR that is very physically durable. This elastomer is still popular for use as industrial bumpers, seals, and general gasket applications. CR sheet rubber is available in a variety of popular gauges to better suit the needs of individual projects.
Physically Durable Rubber: This type of CR has a durometer rating of 60, making it one of the more physically durable rubbers available. This durometer level attributes a moderate amount of flexibility and durability to the material itself. It is a moderately pliable and elastic rubber, but it can function well in physically demanding applications. This 60 durometer CR can easily be applied to any industrial applications that need rubber components with a good balance of durability and pliability.
CR Resistance Quality: CR rubber is known to exhibit moderate levels of resistance against oils, chemicals, and environmental factors. These resistance qualities are what made CR material famous in the first place. Its durability in the presence of oils and chemicals means that it is good for industrial applications in the forms of seals and gaskets. As an added benefit, our CR sheet rubber can also be used in the outdoors because it features resistance capabilities against weathering factors such as ozone.
Customization Options: Rubber-Cal offers customization for a number of CR material specifications. These include customization for widths, gauges, and cuts. Although the most popular gauges are typically available, gauges that are up to 2” thick can be made upon request. Widths are usually available in 36” and 48”. However, widths up to 78” are also available. We also offer services in cutting CR sheet rubber to your desired dimensions. For custom fabrication, drawings are requested in order to provide a price quote.
