CASIS has its own independent office & operating systems, these can efficiently deal with the customers’ orders and different technical requirements. Besides these can save and classify different customers’ requirements and customized requirements. After decades of industry development, we’ve passed a variety of system certification and products testing.

CASIS’s quality system certification has passed the ISO9001:2008 & TS16949:2009, CASIS’s material has passed the latest version REACH and ROHS, Our MSDS and IMDS service are also offered for our customers requiring Electronic MDS submission, particularly for the Car related gasket converters. We can provide customers with technical data based on JIS or ASTM test standard for foam rubber industry.

CASIS currently has the most advanced at home and abroad of large plate vulcanizing machine, drum-type vulcanizing press, foaming equipment, squeezing cell machine, cutting machine; And other rolling rubber, heat aging test chamber and other modern research analysis laboratory and testing equipment.

We adopt advanced production and testing equipment, with skilled workers. Besides, we have an own new materials subordinate institute, Photovoltaic solar rubber sheet engineering technology center, and Rubber foaming technology research center. We have the ability to do all kinds of new materials, new product research and development independently.

CASIS has three factories in north & south China region for different technology manufacture and needs. Meanwhile includes one separate in workshop in southern China, which is special for mould processing. Almost of all our mould making equipment are from Germany just in order to give customers the most excellent and highest quality customized products.

The predecessor of CASIS was started with rubber raw-material, so we have great advantage in price cost and quality control of the rubber raw material. We are purchasing large quantity EPDM raw material form LANXESS Group, Lion Chemical Company and the Mitsui Chemicals. We are also buying silicone material from Shin-Etsu, Toshiba, Dow Corning, Solvay Specialty Polymers France S.A.S., WACKER CHEMIE AG. Meanwhile we are partner of DuPont, 3M, Daikin, Japan and K.G.K German Company for FKM Material. In addition, we separately mix rubber compound using our own most advanced rubber mixing equipment.
